Lessons Continued
Posted by Buel in General Chatter, tags: Azjol Nerub, Instance, Warcraft, WowI had a quiet morning, my good lady was out so I decided to put som etime in on levelling – a surprisingly successful morning, there were just enough volunteers online to do a guild run, we decided to head to Azjol Nerub and see if we can get some nice drops. I was once again healing and this time without a safety net (there was no level 80 holy priest “along for DPS & backup”) true there was an 80 DK along to tank so guessing my task was going to be made a little easier but he was in DPS spec and not a regular tank.
Party was 80 DK, 76 Fury Warrior, 74 Druid, 74 Hunter & 71 Mage.
Must confess I had a 100% record which I was chuffed with – no deaths

It wasn’t bad as bad as I thought it would be, it’s nice to know you have a safety net – and this time without one left me anxious at first but once we had started I soon settled into a rhythm and thoroughly enjoyed myself. We moved onto Ahn’kahet: The Old Kingdom which I did a little check up on – a 73 – 75 instance so I was slap bang in the middle of level requirements, altho my concern was my boomkin spec and a lower level mage who might be an aggro magnet, as it happens we did very well, with ounly 1 mishap on the Prince where I got stunned / frozen out right at the start and naturally got killed in seconds, the rest managed to clear the boss with pots & bandages before i’d run back in.
I did get a few nice loot items – Cloak & Gloves and a nice offhand item. To top it off I managed to ding 75 too – so like I said a really productive morning. And my final stats for the second run if you wanna see them.

And

Hopefully more will fall into place. Thanks for dropping by.
