So with Valentines Day on Saturday, my gaming weekend tooko a bit of a hit, and my online hours were somewhat reduced however I still managed to pull of two more levels so hit 73, it did strike me that the boomkin does seem to have random luck with mobs, moreso than other classes – now this might be down to kit, i’m still using a mixture of blues and greens, with a small amount of cloth to top me up – I guess a fair amount of mine is not the crit kit, and more focussed towards the healing side of things (in readiness) but some mobs drop after two or three blows, others seem to take 6+ to drop…. My thinking is mostly down to kit & crit, but I will be watching this and might make a full post.

So a levelling weekend, yeah a couple of levels which to most hardcore players aint alot, but when you’re trying to balance a full time job, a full time partner, and household “chores” I dont think it’s all that bad.

I did manage to top the 2k gold too, which for someone who hits the AH regularly I’m quite chuffed with it (1k for Northrend flying then the 5k for epic flying – i’m sure gunna need it) on this goon i’ve done skinning & mining, and avoided spending my earnings on the AH which i’m doing quite well at.
